Dr. Paul Meschino

My goal in working with you is to discover what is causing your health problem. Then, together we can discuss what is the best approach to help resolve your condition and improve your symptoms.

I will give you a realistic time frame to achieve your health and wellness goals, as a lot can be achieved beyond symptom relief if you desire. Some people want to just get out of pain, while others want to improve their quality of life for the long term. I respect your personal desires and circumstances.

Your personal care plan may consist of one or more of the following: A unique, safe and gentle approach called Network Spinal Care; Somato-Respiratory Integration Exercises; Myo-Fascial Release Techniques; Mobilization; Matrix Re-patterning, Postural and Ergonomic Assessments; Gait Analysis; and Home Exercise Prescription.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 35 years of experience, I’ve worked with thousands of people of all ages, to help them heal from a variety of health problems; ranging from back, neck and headache pain to disc degeneration and herniation, osteoarthritis, shoulder, elbow and wrist pain, hip, knee and foot pain to stress related physical symptoms. My focus is on empowering you to heal and recover, but also to provide you with the skills and abilities you will need to achieve a lasting state of better health and vitality.

I graduated cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1986) and am a life long member of the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations. I have a Masters degree of Science In Biology With Special Interest in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut (1988). My Masters thesis is on the Effects of Protein Intake on Calcium Metabolism as it relates to Osteoporosis. I also served as Course Co-ordinator and Primary Lecturer at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1988- 1990) and have guest lectured at the Psychology Department at York University (1988), the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1991- 1997), and The Ryerson Institute (2005) on various subjects including Stress and The Immune System, Nutrition and Arthritis, Nutrition and Cancer, and The Mind/Body Connection in Chiropractic Practice.
